Crispy kale

A healthy alternative for chips  - an enjoyable snack in between


200g fresh kale

3 tbsp walnut oil (or good quality olive oil)

1,5 tsp maple syrup

A pinch of sweet paprika powder

A pinch of fresh pepper

A pinch of salt

walnut kernels

sunflower seeds



Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.

Wash the kale well and let it drain.

Mix the walnut oil, maple syrup, paprika powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the kale and mix well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the kale on top and garnish with sunflower seeds, broken walnut kernels and a little sesame and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
