Power spread

This nutrient bomb replenishes your reserves


1 avocado

1 generous dash of lemon

1 tsp spirulina

2 tbsp sprouts (e.g. alfalfa, radish, mung bean or lentil sprouts)

5 leaves of spinach

1 tbsp parsley

1 pinch of black sesame


Freshly ground pepper


Wash the sprouts, spinach and parsley well and let them drain.

Core the avocado and put it in a bowl without a peel. Use a fork and a large splash of lemon to make a cream. Add the teaspoon of spirulina and stir well. Pluck the spinach and parsley finely and mix in. Add the sprouts as well Finally, add a pinch of black sesame and finally taste the spread with salt and pepper.

The spread tastes great with bread, as a topping on a salad or as a side dish with potatoes.
